FCC, transparency and net neutrality: content providers' perspective

The excellent Shane Greenstein gave a PPT at the FCC workshop at MIT Wednesday, and made the rather vital point that if ISPs are increasingly changing their carriage conditions unilaterally by interfering with different apps' QoS, then that is a complete game-changer for the innumerable app developers out there - as he puts it, Comcast could be 'the canary in the goldmine'.
