Conciliation Committee in Europe will only meet to remove Amendment 138

Unsurprisingly, the EP and Council are not reopening the Telecoms Package so the existing text on net neutrality survives, and all that remains is to remove Amendment 138 on the right to a trial before piracy-inspired suspension.
